Our sweet baby boy made his way into the world in the early hours of August 5th, 2013
After a wonderful last day as a family of three anticipating his birth, mama and dada spent late Sunday night talking and laughing in between contractions while relaxing in our own bed. Around 2am we called our birthing team (midwife, birth assistant, doula, and birth photographer) who all joined us around 3am. Labor got intense around 2:30am and by 5:52 our beautiful, beautiful boy was born in our room at the house he will grow up in. It was a beautiful birth and a beautiful way for our son to enter the world. Full story and more pictures from his birth day to come soon but in the meantime here are quite a few to tide everyone over.
