Lost Pines…Take 2!

Last year for our anniversary Andrew and I went to the Lost Pines Resort in Bastrop, TX.  I was about 5-6 months pregnant with our sweet little Adelaide.  We had a blast there! You can see that post HERE  It is such a fun and family orientated place.  Think “Kellerman’s” from Dirty Dancing but modern!   They have a lazy river, pool/water park, restaurants, activities for the kids, a golf course, horse stables, a state park within walking distance where we like to hike, and movies on the lawn at night!  Last year when we went we kept talking about what it would be like when we could come with our 8 month old the following year.  At the time it was something hard to really imagine but this year that little dream came true!  Happy 2nd Anniversary to my hubby!  We have been together now for 6.5 years so the 2 sounds silly to me but we have been married now for 2 years…and wow what a lot has happened in these 2 years! A mix of blessings and heartache for sure but the blessing of our sweet Adelaide and the start of own family has been the biggest blessing of my life.
